Hey, as far as I know, it is not a good practice to keep the battery always at charged at the full capacity and also it's not a good practice to completely discharge it. I usually recharge the battery when it is at about 20% and I disconnect the battery charger when I reach 100%. I would not recommend keeping your macbook plugged in at all times.
